A leading global custodian now has an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Client Relationship Manager/Sales Manager. This is a new Green Field role that offers excellent career evolution and development
Due to the rapid growth of the Continental European and Luxemburg markets, a new Green Field role has arisen to lead/manage a team of 3 direct reports in a new department. The main focus of the role is to promote the custodians broad range of products specifically to asset managers and pension funds. The successful jobholder’s team will be located on the senior management floor within the head office in Luxemburg. The company is keen for the successful job holder to grow the team to 10-12 people over the next 12 months and expects the individual to have an excellent proven leadership track record. The role will involve a split of managing high profile clients, making warm calls and cold calling. The Role: •Lead the sales process in a strategic business development •Develop complex account plans for tier 1 clients •Customer management •Understand and maintain a high level of product knowledge and services the group provides •Develop relationships with third parties •Attend industry forums •Financial management •Identifying cross selling opportunities •Cultivate and nurture long term relationships Person Specification: •Extensive account and client management •A proven superb sales background •A Fantastic track record in managing teams •Proven experience in financial services industry •Excellent presentation skills to large audiences •Proven in delivering on financial goals across a pool of customers •Ideally fluent in one of the following, German, French, Dutch.
