Risk Advisory Services Business Performance Services (Job ref: SG/EFC/BPS/160608) Associate Director, Managers, Assistant Managers and Senior Associates KPMG invites highly motivated and dynamic professionals to join our fast growing practice. We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience in various industries, with strong knowledge in the following domain / functional areas: - Organisation review and development;
- People and change management;
- Workforce planning and talent development;
- Business planning and strategic advisory;
- Business process analysis, improvement and implementation;
- Finance function performance improvement and management;
- IT strategic planning, portfolio management, and governance;
- IT functional and technical requirements; and
- Business intelligence, knowledge and performance management.
In addition, you should be: - Tertiary / professionally qualified and able to work independently;
- Resourceful, versatile, analytical and possess strong interpersonal skills;
- Savvy in applying technologies to address business issues;
- Equipped with excellent verbal and written business communication skills;
- Proficient in project and change management practices; and
- Willing to travel between 30-50 percent of the time as required.
