The Investor Services Segment Management group in EMEA oversees annualised securities servicing revenues of $1.5 billion with bottom line of growth of 14% per annum. The group is responsible for developing the business strategy for key market segments on a regional basis, managing all aspects of the banks commercial relationship with institutional customers including business retention and growth, client satisfaction and service customisation design and delivery. The group comprises of circa 550 people distributed throughout segment management, business development, client service, deal management and business implementation functions. Within this group, the Segment Planning, Strategy and Execution group has a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient daily operation of the whole team located in various sites throughout Europe. The client delivery team covers three main functions:
1.Client Solution Creation Management
2.Client implementation/On boarding Management
3.Client Satisfaction/Commitment Delivery Management Solution Creation Management
•Client Delivery is team responsible for working closely with sales/RMs and product SMEs on complex deals and defining cross-product solutions
•Client Delivery team is the owner and manager of the complex deal management process, a forum to review, analyse and approve complex single and multi-product EMEA deals.
•Client Delivery team identifies cross product gaps and in conjunction with product management partners and segment teams to deliver client specific service solutions which are profitable and where possible leveraged to become an overall segment service element Client Implementation/On boarding
•Once mandate secured, Client Delivery team manages the implementation delivery for programme integration across products involved in the deal
•The team also manages the conventional on boarding process across all products involved in the deal.
•Client Delivery is responsible for all the client documentation required in order to on board the client through the EMEA based documentation unit Client Satisfaction/Commitment Delivery Management
•Client Delivery is responsible for the management of all cross product/operations/technology commitments that have been made to the client as a result of either a new deal or a service remediation process and is the owner of the Vulnerable Client Process
Candidate Requirements
•Knowledge of capital markets business understanding of asset management and/or pensions business
•Proven strategic planning and research capabilities
•Ability to work autonomously
•Exceptional organisational skills as demonstrated by recent professional experience. Must be able to multi-task in a structured manner.
