In light of the bank's upkeep with market trends, a new initiative for the wealth management strategy has been formed. This means there is a need for Relationship Officers and Managers (RM) to continue and develop the bank's profile in this area. The RMs are targeted on many aspects of their role as well as to acquire new clients and increase AUM on a consistent basis for the bank.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree and relevant qualification

• Fluent English and ideally fluent Arabic

• At least 2-5 years wealth management experience

• Ability to grow a portfolio by introducing higher number of NTB customers

• Risk background with a firm ability to understand customer needs, identify financial & non-financial requirements by conducting financial need analysis

• Proven ability to deliver customer promise and practice brand values
