My client specialises in creating insurance and debt protection products that protect the Irish consumers’ most valuable assets – their income and their homes. A leading global provider of insurance products, this organisation is now entering an exciting era with major developments in their European business centre in Cork.

The Claims Manager will oversee the claims processing and contact centre ensuring that high quality of Customer Service and productivity standards are met. The successful candidate will plan, organise, lead, control and co-ordinate the provision of services in these areas. You will also be responsible for the direct management of a team of Shared Services Associates.
