Responsibilities:

• Screen project opportunities and undertake evaluation, market feasibility studies as well as investment analysis for new real estate projects

• Establish customer contacts

• Identify and negotiate with vendors and prospects for joint ventures

• Lead, manage or support roll out of implementation plans

• Undertake strategic planning for new markets, which includes identify new markets, develop entry and exit strategies, market planning and portfolio management allocation

• Map implementation planning and resource allocation for new markets

• Create monthly intelligence reports on new markets for management

Requirements :

• Degree in Real Estate, preferably with Masters in Business Administration

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Sound knowledge of the industrial/office markets and familiar with deal structuring

• Able to conduct feasibility studies independently and negotiate with clients and business partners

• Business acumen for negotiation and assessing new markets

• Working experience with an established network of contacts in the Middle East or Russia is an added advantage

• Able to strategize, communicate and present ideas

• Strong people management skills

• Dynamic, enterprising and resourceful team player

• Willing to travel
