Responsibilities:

• Explore new business opportunities for consumer loan products
• Product development & enhancement
• Develop credit policy, operation flow, system enhance and negotiate with related parties
• Monitor the Sales performance
• Enhance product features and pricing to optimize business dynamic

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in banking / financial institutions and at least 1 year in managerial position is a MUST
• Strong in product development and good knowledge of consumer loans products
• Creative, sensitive to the market change and analytical
• Excellence communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft is essential
