Our client, a private equity house covering China real estate is looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead their team.
Responsibilities:
Originating, underwriting,s tructuring and closing approved deals. Responsible for overall evaluation of investment opportunities, market conditions, and presentation to partners. Liaise with advisors, operating partners and third-party consutlants to source and review acquisition opportunities. Coordinate all internal approval memoranda, financial modeling and analyses. Requirements:
Degree holder from top academic program with solid record (finance backgrounds a plus) - MBA preferred Over 10 years of relevant real estate, investment banking, management consulting or buy-side experience from a leading firm Strong quantitative skill set: accounting. quantitative and financial modeling Strong written and communication skills: ability to develop clear, concise written analyses on a variety of companies ,industries and projects Proficient in MS Office applications and working knowledge of databases and reference sources Strong network of contacts in industry Strong understanding of underwriting procedures and risk control in China Strong understanding of execution and closing procedures for all types of real estate transactions
