The Challenge

Great opportunity for a financial analyst with a professional qualification to join a dynamic team working on large Public Private Partnerships projects reporting to public sector authorities and PPP Units in the Department of Finance and other Government Departments. The role will involve the following responsibilities:

• Prepare the financing component of invitations to tender for infrastructure projects
• Review all tender documents and contract documents to ensure they comply with the financial requirements of the project.
• Review financial statements of Bidders for financial robustness.
• Prepare financial models which provide whole life costing of infrastructure projects.
• Review financial models as submitted by Bidders.

The Candidate

The Analyst will have a professional qualification (accountancy, Banking or Finance) and have some experience in project finance or related work and a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills required.
PPP and PFI experience is an advantage.
