Leading financial services organisation seeks an experienced master agreement negotiator to join their legal team on an interim basis for initially three months to start as soon as possible.
There may also be the opportunity that this role could go permanent.
Candidates will be working in a team of negotiators responsible for the negotiation and completion of Master Agreements and related collateral agreements (ISDA, ISDA CSA, AFB, Repo, commodities and exchange traded derivatives). The successful candidate will be negotiation master agreements and resolving related issues whilst dealing with clients and their lawyers directly.
