This position will work directly with the CEO to support the profitable growth of the Hong Kong business.  As the firm is rapidly expanding, this candidate must be able to initiate and respond to constant change. 

As a generalist you will be involved in all key aspects of HR with a strong initial focus on recruitment and retention.  The role will also be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 people providing close daily support to the business and rolling out regional initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• A minimum of 7-10 years of HR-related work experience
• Experience in managing relationships with key shareholders throughout various business channels
• Extensive experience in the areas of recruitment and C&B
• The ability to review current policies and align them with market standards
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Local language skills are preferred
• Experience in consulting is highly preferred
