CORPORATE OFFICER (m/f)

Our client is a domiciliation company which has just started its activity in Luxembourg. The employees of the society dispose of a great experience. So today the company has already a large clients’ portfolio. Though its dynamics and ambition the company is rapidly and constantly growing. The company offers its services to international private and institutional customers and mainly supervises Soparfi and real estate companies.

Your responsibilities:

As corporate officer you handle the day-to-day operations of domiciled companies. You are responsible for the incorporation of several companies. You prepare, participate in and follow up general meetings and board meetings. You are the contact person of the clients, lawyers, public notaries as well as of financial and legal institutions.

Your profile:

You have at least a three years degree in legal. You have a relevant experience of at least 5 years in the corporate department of a domiciliation company or law firm in a similar position. You are fluent in French and English. Ideally, you have a good knowledge of German. You are a proficient user of MS Office.

You are well organized and you are precise. You are flexible and proactive: you can adapt yourself to each situation; you like to be intellectually challenged in a new working environment. You are motivated to work for the development of this society.
