The Senior Performance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate portfolio returns are being generated for Standish-managed portfolios on both a daily and a monthly basis. S/He will be expected to independently research, explain, and resolve differences between Standish calculated returns and those calculated by banks, consultants, and clients. S/He will work on developing and testing new software designed to improve the performance process at Standish. An understanding of investment accounting and experience working with fixed income securities is required; experience working with non-dollar and derivative securities is preferred. The Senior Performance Analyst will have regular contact with Portfolio Managers/Client Relationship Mangers, consultants, and clients and will be expected to follow-up on all performance inquiries in a prompt and thorough manner. 

  • BS/BA required, preferably in Business or related area. 
  • At least three years of experience working with portfolio-level return calculation.
  • Proficient with Excel and familiar with Microsoft Access.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and a team player
