This team will take a macro view of its balance sheet, setting the strategy that will enable it to optimise its existing capital while still continuing to originate new business. To achieve this broad mission statement, the team seeks senior executives with proven leadership capabilities in:

• Behavioural Modelling (to doctorate level)

• Economic Regulatory Capital Modelling

• Corporate / Institutional Portfolio Management

• Transaction Management; and

• Balance Sheet Risk Management.
