We are looking for senior professionals able to contribute to following:

• An ability to originate our clients core advisory services across corporate finance, M&A, corporate restructuring, takeover defences and strategic partnerships / joint ventures.
• Lead all aspects of transaction execution including due diligence, transaction structuring and contract negotiation
• Work closely with clients/senior management teams with the ability to develop relationships at the most senior of levels
• Able to work with clients to access, identify and execute value creating strategic options

We envisage you will have a number of years investment banking experience and an oustanding track record. In addition to having an ability to originate deals you will have strong project management skills and be able to co-ordinate several transactions at the same time.
