This group are in the fortunate position of having a counter cyclical model and as such 80% of their current work is related to stressed, distressed or restructuring situations. The depth of their relationships and the strength of their global general debt advisory franchise has generated strong forward pipeline and as such, they are now in a position to hire an additional banker to complement an already strong team.

They anticipate that the successful candidate will come from a broad Real Estate finance background which typically might have been gained in a tier 2 or 3 Investment Bank. Bankers from a tier 1 background will be considered as well provided that you have had a broad exposure to real estate finance which should also include development finance as well. You will need to have 4 years+ current experience of the above and be based in the UK.
