Our client, a well established leading financial services company, is looking for a detail oriented individual with perfect English and German to participate to the set up and launch of new funds . This is a great role for someone with a minimum of 4 years  legal experience within the funds industry and with outstanding coordination skills !

Legal Administrator - Funds (ref 0811-7ET)

Your main role:

• analyse from a legal perspective, the  feasibility of all new fund launch projects submitted by the sales department
• draft prospectus and other legal documents and liaise with lawyers and external parties involved
• coordinate funds launch and registration
• liaise with CSSF in order to obtain the necessary information and ensure all filings are complete
• oversee that board meetings are correctly configured and papers meet regulatory requirements
• responsibility for Stock Exchange listing
• draft service contracts
• advise management on legal matters

Your profile:

• minimum 4 years experience supporting investment funds
• excellent knowledge of Luxembourg funds regulations
• detail oriented, eye for detail 
• excellent written and spoken English and German. 
• PC literate
