The firm has an excellent reputation but has no pretensions beyond being a pure execution house. They do not currently have a research product, so the role is obviously going to be a relationship based one and will not be suited to everybody. If you have been with a large bank or an inter dealer broker previously and have been made redundant or have found yourself out of the market then this could be an interesting opportunity to get back into the market and to start talking to your clients again. The pay structure has the potential to be very lucrative they will offer a percentage payout of around 50% with the possibility of a draw salary. The firm has a very entrepreneurial culture, currently they do most of their business in cash equities and derivatives but they are open to other asset classes as they look to grow beyond their original roots.
