The Investment Operations function is positioned at the core of the firm and is seen as pivotal to its ongoing success. The team is responsible for compiling investment performance reports, policy documents and performance analysis for the company’s superannuation fund clients. You will also provide an advisory service to the firm’s clients to position them as leaders within the superannuation industry. You will be responsible for the development of a high performance team and will manage and develop a team of 5-6 direct reports.

The role will suit a dynamic, people focused individual looking to assume a leadership role and support the management of future client growth as well as meeting the demand of the firm’s existing clients. With relevant tertiary qualifications in a financial discipline, you should have a background in funds management, banking or asset consulting with significant operations and reporting experience.
