A bulge bracket firm is looking to hire a Banking Sales Specialist for its Wealth Management Group. This individual will be part of a high-performance, service/sales oriented team responsible for providing support, promoting, marketing and generating awareness of the Group's banking services.

MUST HAVES ---  Three or more years of relevant work experience, ideally in a sales, marketing or sales support role is required. Financial services experience with exposure to retail banking and/or private banking products and services is also required.

Key responsibilities will include:
.Make outbound calls to sales managers and financial advisors to generate awareness of the overall banking offering, product benefits, current campaigns and promotions
.Help develop internal and external banking services marketing materials
.Help develop sales and marketing campaigns for the sales desk that will include client data mining activities, outbound sales calls and development of promotions
.Provide expert support to client call center staff and help manage banking services related call center initiatives
.Deliver presentations of products, current campaigns and promotions to branch offices
.Establish relationships with and provide support to regional Banking and Lending specialists, Branch Managers, Sales Managers, Financial Advisors and Sales Assistants
.Provide field facing support and handle inquiries from Financial Advisors and sales management on all aspects of banking product and services

Other Skills Required 

The desired candidate will be a strong communicator, possess excellent interpersonal skills, have a positive attitude, be able to demonstrate initiative and leadership on projects and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

A desire to build a long term career in private banking with increased responsibilities and a broader role is also required.
