Our client is a significant financial services organisation that offers a broad range of services to their substantial client base. Due to an internal promotion an opportunity exists for a Communications and Learning Manager to join their Risk and Compliance team.
Reporting through to the Director of Risk and Compliance, you will enjoy a broad role responsible for:
Learning and Awareness
Communications
Change Management
People Capability Development
In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience supporting a Risk and Compliance team in an L&D Capacity. You will also have solid e-learning experience.
In addition, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to build effective working relationships.
