FINANCE DIRECTOR - SINGAPORE

Key Responsibilities:

1.         Lead a team of Finance professionals in achieving the following objectives.

2.         Act as Financial Controller to local and overseas business units.

3.         Provide timely and accurate advice on finance matters.

4.         Monitor the financial performance, providing relevant & timely analysis of overall business performance.

5.         Provide financial/business analysis, advice and support for areas including areas of taxation, treasury, credit management, billing, investment & capex evaluation, etc. This involves sound understanding of financial modeling analysis.

6.         Manage the forecasting, budgeting and financial planning process.

7.         Develop, implement, maintain and improve accounting, management information and internal control systems.

8.         Provide costing information and analysis to business units for purpose of performance evaluation and pricing.

9.         Lead or manage special projects e.g. acquisitions, divestments, business feasibility, etc

Requirements:

1.      Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ equivalent.

2.      Professional Singapore/overseas CPA, recognized by ICPAS.

3.       At least 8 - 10 years’ relevant experience, with 3 years in a managerial capacity.

4.       Commercial financial and management accounting/ audit experience in MNC –environment.

5.       Regional finance experience.
