Overview

A Japanese Private Equity firm, with the support of a large industrial group, managed by a well rounded team with a high quality track-record in small-mid cap enterprises is currently looking to expand its team.

In order to support the launch of a new fund, it is critical to bring on board managers with a solid experience and willing to work with a cohesive team.
The company is currently looking to hire a VP manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist the managing team throughout the entire investment and disinvestment process to execute deals with a fast turnaround: valuations, financial modeling, due diligence, assess company performance and structure financing.

Skills and Experience Desired

• Good command of finance
• Hands on experience of valuation, financial modeling and due diligence
• Prior experience in investment banking, Merger & Acquisition mostly desirable, alternatively in strategic consulting, corporate ownership and accounting
  MBA or equivalent
• Japanese native, English language at business level
• Long term commitment  and good fit with the existing team and a team player .
