Reports To: Head of Corporate Finance

Position Summary:

To manage the capital budget and administer all debt and equity notes, bank credit, public/private/intercompany debt, equipment leasing, and real estate finance and will provide analytical and administrative support to the Assistant Treasurer, as well as assisting with various corporate finance projects.

Experience in executing Equity Capital Markets transactions in the GCC and preferably in Bahrain with the following:
 

Your Mission:

• ECM specialist should assist in originating and executing equity transactions, with a particular focus on IPOs.
• Build and manage a team of professional for Equity Capital Market (“ECM”) Team
• Originate / execute transactions in the Equity Capital Markets space incl. IPOs, Secondary Offerings, Convertible Bonds, Private Placements etc.
• Structure equity products to meet client’s financial requirements
• Advice client on ECM related products (cross selling)
• Supervise credit administration  and cooperate with DCM Team
  
• Market to potential and current investors of the Bank, including capital raising presentations, investor conferences and daily communication
  

• Advising clients on most appropriate methods to raise equity capital.
• Advising the optimum amount, strategy for procurement of equity financiers and timing of equity placement / IPO with regard to prevailing market conditions.

Your Profile:

• Business School graduate (Bac+5) with professional experience of minimum five years gained in an Audit firm, a Corporate Finance boutique, an Investment Bank or within a large financial institution M&A department;
• Excellent technical expertise in the financial sector (main regulations, literacy in bank accounting, IFRS, market risks analysis
• Take ownership and responsibility for the execution of all type of engagements within the scope of the Corporate Finance department with responsibilities centered around the Financial Sector (banking, insurance, asset management and fund/trust administration);
• Supervise professionals during the execution of assignments as well as during researches and pitch preparations;
