Experienced Architect with buy-side or sell-side trading platforms background. Lead a development team and interface directly with the business.
Provide technical leadership to the local team and work with other lead developers/architects based overseas.
You must have at least 5 years of experience in the following areas:
• Systems architecture and design
• SOA, SOAP, XML, messaging
• J2EE/Java
• Systems integration
• Trading platforms
The role will initially be focused on developing Trading, Research and Portfolio Management platforms for a global (US based) asset management company. The development teams will be based in London and Asia (primarily Hong Kong).
There is flexibility over base location and a relocation allowance will be available to cover relocation to Asia, if that is the chosen location. There is a good working environment and the role will enjoy a lot of internal visibility.
