Our client is the new insurance arm of one of UAE’s leading financial groups. With a history of unprecedented growth and success dating back over ten years, the group is in an enviable position of strength to continue their development into the insurance sector. With ambitious plans to grow, the company is currently recruiting their corporate governance management team and want to appoint a Group Head of Compliance to setup their compliance department.

Given the position is a new role in a start-up business, it is imperative applicants have strong compliance experience gained in the insurance industry. A proven background in growing a team on technical, practical and strategic levels is also vital. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate an ability, and desire, to work at both a hands-on technical and senior board level. Exceptional communication skills and an entrepreneurial approach to business will also be required.
