Manage the overall project scope and schedule for the initiatives from feasibility through execution. Identify and communicate cross-functional impacts. Maintain up-to-date understanding of the project and communicate, at a variety of levels, the activities, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and auditability of the project. Report on accomplishments and project status and progress weekly. Ensure that risks, issues, and dependencies are appropriately identified, assigned and resolved

Build and maintain relationships with members of key stakeholder groups within the Business, Ops and IT that enable successful implementation.

Coordinate and work on multiple projects simultaneously while effectively managing multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines. Manage work across organizational lines to achieve results and manage competing priorities.

Supervise 2-3 direct reports including all development objectives, goal setting and performance management.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree 5 years project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting 7-10 years project management experience 7-10 years financial services experience 7-10 years Finance/Accounting experience PMP certification Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management Methodologies Outstanding verbal and written communications skills and problem solving skills Excellent team work and collaboration skills Strong organizational skills.
