The successful candidate show a proven track record working on large scale implementation projects. The business areas of the project are services, marketing and analytics within Siebel CRM.

The key responsibilities of the Siebel CRM Business Analyst will be:

studying and analysis business-processes of the company;
analysis of Siebel BPSL processes mapping and scope coverage;
gathering and preparing business requirements for Siebel CRM System;
preparing testing scripts documents and system testing;
reviewing prepared project documents
