My client is one of Switzerlands best performing hedge funds in 2008, they now have an opportunity for a hedge funds sales person to raise assets for the fund.
They have a good track record dating back a number of years and have a consistent track record of making returns between 10% and 15% which are not correlated with broader indices. Now that they have developed a strong saleable track record they are seeking a sales person with a track record raising assets for hedge funds.
The successful individual must have a track record raising assets for a hedge fund (not selling products to hedge funds). They are looking for somebody that can raise $200m over a 2 year time frame and eventually take the fund to $1Bn so you must be comfortable with that figure. They would also ideally like somebody that has a good understanding of derivatives.
In return they offer a great deal of freedom to do your job as well as a good basic salary and a generous percentage of the revenue raised by the assets gathered.
