This position requires an excellent communicator with a sound understanding of policy, procedures and regulatory compliance matters. There is lots of variety and the successful applicant will be expected to carry out the Compliance Monitoring Plan covering all areas of the business (front to back), the preparation of Compliance reports, including proposals for relevant remedial actions and presenting monitoring findings to business management at de-briefing, draft report and final report stages. Additionally, there are lots of company wide projects to get involved with to ensure compliance with applicable regulations as well as involvement in staff training and development in connection with compliance matters. This is a broad role within a young, exciting and ever developing business.
