Exciting opportunity to join a fast growing boutique investment bank which focuses on the Utilities sector as a Business Development Associate.

In this role you will be responsible for collaborating with the business development team and other stakeholders, in the identification, research, meeting preparation and attendance, financial modeling and other due diligence efforts regarding potential business partners. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years prior experience in the Investment Banking / M&A arena with demonstrable success in managing client relationships and influences business partners.  An advanced degree and CFA charter is highly desired as well as previous experience in the Utilities sector.
