You will have total ownership over the project and be responsible for the evaluation and selection of appropriate tools/ technologies and presentation to business stakeholders. You should be a highly technical individual who remains hands-on as you will be responsible for designing the platform and recruiting/ building a team of developers. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver an essential, high profile system to the front office. 

To be successful in this role you should have an excellent understanding of at least one Object Orientated language (C++, Java or C#) and have been responsible for the delivery of at least one complete real-time system within the investment banking market. It is essential that you have previous management experience including the building of teams with at least 6 development staff.
