Our client is a major global bank with significant presence in Asia Pacific. The bank has a great reputation for encouraging professional development, internal mobility as well as a culture which promotes creativity and innovation.

This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for middle office operations for Fixed Income, FX, FXO, Rates, Structured Products, Futures and Money Markets for North Asia. Working closely with front office, you will ensure client service support, new product implementation, position keeping and trade validation, system P&L’s, trade maintenance, inter/intra system reconciliations and end of day procedures. On a strategic level this is a leadership role where you will develop strategies, communicate vision and build long term relationships with key business stakeholders and global operations heads, as well as orchestrate the relevant people, processes and technology to create an Operational platform that that matches the business aspirations within a risk managed operating environment.

You are degree qualified with at least 12 years' relevant experience gained within banks or financial institutions. You have strong exposure to rates, fixed income and treasury products, both vanilla and exotic, and good understanding of front to back office operations. You have strong leadership abilities, organisational skills as well as drive, initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
