A Global leading Asset Manager and Securities Broker is recruiting a Senior Accounting Professional to join their finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, specific responsibilities for this role include:

- Perform day-to-day Accounting & Treasury operations, including voucher preparation, bank reconciliation and financial statements

- Liaise with regulatory authorities on reporting issues

- Management reporting and ad hoc project

- Preparation of regulatory reporting, eg. HKMA and FRR

- Prepare month end processing and group reporting

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a university degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines and will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in an international bank or brokerage house. Strong knowledge of either HKMA or SFC regulations is necessary, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. The confidence to liaise with and build relationships with senior management is also crucial to success within this role. Proficiency PC skills and fluency in English and Cantonese would be a definite advantage.
