Your responsibilities will include:
• Advising clients in out-of-court and Chapter 11 restructurings
• Debt and equity financings
• Distressed M&A advisory services
• Special-situation principal investing
• Participating in complex negotiation on behalf of clients
Prospective candidates will need to demonstrate a first-class academic background, excellent analytical skills and ideally will have worked in leveraged finance, financial sponsors or the financial restructuring arena at a leading institution. Fluency in Spanish is essential.
