This specialist award winning restructuring team, one of the most highly rated in the market, requires an exceptional candidate to join their burgeoning restructuring practice at Associate & VP level.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Advising clients in out-of-court and Chapter 11 restructurings
• Debt and equity financings
• Distressed M&A advisory services
• Special-situation principal investing
• Participating in complex negotiation on behalf of clients
Prospective candidates will need to demonstrate a first-class academic background, excellent analytical skills and will have worked in the financial restructuring or distressed investing arena at a leading institution. Mid-cap transactional experience preferred.
Fluency in French is an advantage but not essential.
