Background: The UK Onshore Development Program is designed to give a broad introduction into Deutsche Bank, its Private Wealth Management division, the UK Onshore business and the economic environment within which it operates. During the induction program, you will develop market and product knowledge, as well as communication and presentation skills, required to fulfil your role. As part of your Continuous Development, you will have the opportunity to sit the SII regulatory exams, rotate across various business areas and participate in further technical, strategic relationship management and client engagement training sessions. Location: Edinburgh Main Responsibilities: Administer client portfolios and records Maintain regular contact with clients Review client portfolios Monitor and manage cash positions Develop an understanding of how clients’ tax liabilities can be mitigated Participate in and gain a full understanding of the investment process Maintain an up to date knowledge of market and economic news Gain a full understanding of Deutsche Bank’s wealth management service Help prepare investment proposals for prospective clients Help develop and maintain key intermediary relationships Present the wealth management proposition Requirements: Educated to 1st /2.1 Honours degree level or equivalent Demonstrable interest in financial services Strong communication skills Candidates must be numerate, highly literate, confident and professional Deutsche Bank is committed to being the best financial services provider in the world.
