The role is to support the development and management of risk management policies and monitor market participants risk positions and risk management policies to ensure financial integrity. We are looking to recruit candidates with around 5 years or more experience in risk analysis, development and implementation of risk mitigating strategies; you will have a depth of knowledge in risk management, strong quantitative and analytical skills and a good understanding of financial products such as equities and ETF, options and futures etc. Candidates should also have a relevant academic background in Financial Engineering or Mathematics. The job holder will provide consultative support and advice to business units regarding risk assessments, compliance and business concerns; analyse business plans and identify risk exposure and propose risk controls and risk mitigating strategies. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures and research risk management practices in the financial services industry, creation of risk assessment methodologies to asses emerging risk issues.
