Reporting to the Senior Manager, this is an exciting new position in which you will manage a portfolio of real estate investments and perform critical tasks such as analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, reporting and feasibility studies in the assessment of investments and projects across Asia. You will conduct research into new markets, real estate funds and developers and also be involved in the monitoring of projects and budgets.  You will conduct negotiations on investment structures with partners and put forward proposals for the acquisition and disposal of investments to Senior Management.

The ideal candidate will be educated to MBA level and preferably hold a CFA as well as a recognised real estate qualification.  You will be a real estate professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in analysis and deals in indirect real estate assets such as REITs and equities in real estate related companies in Asia. You will be a dynamic and independent self-starter as well as hands-on and a strong team player. You will be capable of lateral thought and be prepared to challenge established norms and conventions. Fluency in English is a must with Chinese languages highly desired. Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Analyst position.
