A leading international bank is seeking a Legal Executive to join its Documentation Team. Responsibilities will include providing legal support for the negotiation of standard documentation and user guidelines for existing and new products, coordinating deliverables from internal and external lawyers globally, and managing the opinions database. Incorporating input from the business units, specifically Front Office, and other functions such as Credit, Tax and Operations on standard documentation and undertaking periodic reviews, are also required. Applications are sought from qualified lawyers with 4 years+ PQE with previous experience in commercial banking or general corporate/commercial law. Applicants should have strong drafting, proof-reading, management, analytical and innovative legal skills as well as the ability to exercise good judgment.
