Our client is looking for a German, English and French speaking 

 Company Secretary - Domiciliary Agent (ref 0811-21LL)

You will :

• participate to the launching, restructuring and regulatory follow-up of investment funds
• draft and discuss prospectuses, and other documents with clients, operational teams and CSSF
• assist sales teams with legal presentations to prospects and clients
• analyse the company's legal risk as provider of administrative and custodial services to  funds
• negotiate the appropriate agreements with the funds representatives 
• provide legal support for Domiciliary Services
• provide Corporate Secretarial services for Board of Directors' Meetings
• provide legal support on liquidations of funds and sub-funds

Your profile:

• law degree
• minimum 1 year in the Luxembourg funds area in a legal role
• fluent written and spoken English and German, good knowledge of French
• client focused with outstanding organisation skills
