After a training period, you will mainly :

• provide clients with high quality support via telephone and e-mail
• place phone orders for clients
• margin and risk control

Your profile:

• German mother tongue level,  excellent English and another European language
• previous experience in a client services role
• interest for the capital markets and financial products
• motivated and eager to learn
• excellent verbal and written communication
• stress resistant
• must be willing to work flexible hours according to market needs (until 22.00)
