Your missions include participation to the launching, restructuring and regulatory follow-up of investment funds, drafting of prospectuses, articles of incorporation, agreements, and discussing such documents with clients and CSSF. Ø Support and assist Sales teams with legal presentations to prospects and clients. Ø Analyze the Bank’s legal risk as provider of administrative and custodial services to funds and negotiate the appropriate agreements with the funds representatives. Ø Liaise with the Luxembourg authorities for the registration and maintenance of the funds on the CSSF official list and for the listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Ø Provide legal support to Domiciliation and Corporate Secretariat services. Ø Participate to the legal watch on funds activity: identify, analyze and dispatch information on relevant new regulatory texts. Ø Be part of the Legal Engineering team in charge of German speaking clients, attribute the files to the team members, control quality and delays, identify and report to the Head of Legal Engineering any issue, propose solutions and be creative, participate to the Department’s projects. You should have a Master degree in law, fluent German and English (including legal vocabulary), French and experience in the Luxembourg funds area is an advantage, leadership, team spirit, excellent personal organization, client focused.
