Reporting to the General Expenses Sourcing Manager, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Answering the internal client expectations
• Participating and elaborating the specifications and contracts
• Evaluating suppliers before the Request for proposals
• Participate and elaborating invitation to tender (RFP) and manage the follow up
• Managing the implementation and contracts following
• Evaluating products and services supplied with internal clients
• Creating an assessment of Request for proposal managed
• Using e-procurement tool: updating suppliers information’s and electronic catalogue in Ariba and manage e-rfp through the e-sourcing plateform.

• The procurement team based in Paris and London
• Facilities managers, Human resources managers, Legal managers, Marketing managers, Finance, accouting department and all assistants of all Paris departments.
• Suppliers working with AXA IM on several purchasing category.
• AXA France and AXA GIE buyers, who intervene on some purchasing category

 What sort of profile are we looking for:

• Currently studying with a specialization in purchasing of supply chain
• Previous related experience is an asset
• Good level of English is required
• Natural curiosity for the company, its trades and products
• Communication skills
• Listening, analysis and synthesis capacity/skills
