My client is an international private equity firm whose primary focus is on private and public equity. There strategy is to build an international portfolio of a diverse range of business assets across the MENA region. Presently they are looking to penetrate the Indian Market and thus are looking for high calibre individuals at the Associate level: The ideal candidate will have the following skill set and experience: • Top Tier Academic Background from one of either the Ivy League US institutions e.g. Stamford, MIT, University of Chicago or a UK institution of similar calibre (top 20) e.g. Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, LSE. • Preference for an MBA from one of the Global leading MBA Schools e.g. USA; Wharton, Harvard. Europe; INSEAD or UK; London Business School • Currently working for a Strategy Consultancy (Top tier and non 'Big 4') Booz Allen Hamilton, Bain & Co, McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, Monitor Group etc. • 2-3 years of post-MBA professional work experience in one of the Strategy Houses mentioned above. • Given the focus on the Indian market, there is a preference for one of the following languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam or any other South Indian language.
