The Data & Investment Performances Services is in charge of the administration & management of the key systems of reference:

• Portfolios and Products Database
• Clients and Counterparties Database
• Transactional Database (Assets and Clients Transactions)
• Securities and Assets Database
• Performance Database

• Analysis and specification of the data storage
• General administration: relationship with the suppliers, quality control
• Data delivery to each of the business sections of AXA IM (users systems, reporting)
• Daily support to Internal client service

1. Conducting data analysis and liaising with Global Finance

• Studying Assets Needs for AUM / NAV Database, AUM Reporting for Request For Proposals (RFP) Team, FMR Finance Report
• Creating a Dashboard to sum up the gap analysis
• Proposing solutions in order to improve Report Productions by consolidating them in a central Database/Tool

2. Answering to specific requests from the Request For Proposals (RFP) team. You will need to provide the team with quantitative data (Asset Under Management, staff numbers, etc)

• Currently studying a Master's degree in Business school / Engineering School
• Literate in MS Office: Word, Excel, Access
• Knowledge of programming / IT development (VB) is a strong asset
• Good Financial Tools background
• Well-organised, Rigorous, team player, initiative
• Fluent in English and French
