Seeking a talented, entrepreneurial, and exceptionally intelligent candidate to be responsible for ensuring day-to-day investor service team responsibilities are completed with precision while ensuring quality control over daily tasks, documenting processes and procedures as well as auditing and continuing to innovate all Investor Service processes and procedures that the team touches. We are looking for a super star for this position with the proven ability to creatively seek out better ways of doing things; a real change agent!

PLEASE NOTE:  This position is a back office position and does not manage client relationships. We are NOT looking for candidates that wish to pursue a direct client relationship management position.

The Investor Services team has exceptionally broad responsibilities and this position will be responsible for ensuring these tasks are completed with precision. Team responsibilities include managing shareholder registers and records; monitoring movements of monies between shareholders and funds; investor communications; facilitating investor information requests and responding to their inquiries;  managing investor additions/withdrawls, trading level adjustments, guideline amendments and contract changes as well as distributing fund offerings and official fund documents; managing and monitoring investor audit requests; monitoring fund and shareholder compliance; participating in the launch of new funds; managing the fund invoicing process and so much more!

A highly entrepreneurial, exceptionally professional and excellence oriented Senior Associate that has previous experience performing most, if not all, of the above responsibilities is sought.  An exceptional candidate with an entrepreneurial flair; an extraordinary individual with a ton of value add to offer.   The individual we are looking for will also possess the following skills and qualifications:

• US Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Minimum of a Bachelors degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above.  We will consider an extraordinary individual with a lower cumulative GPA that has demonstrated strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial flair.
• Minimum of 3 years Investor Services/Investor Relations experience performing most, if not all, of the responsibilities listed above. 
• Prior experience working for a Fund Manager, Hedge Fund or Fund Administrator. 
• Ability to give and receive very direct constructive criticism to ensure improvement without getting feelings hurt; proven track record of innovation; open and honest personality with a very direct communication style; proven ability to stand-up against mediocrity to ensure the best processes and procedures are put into place - change agent!
