Our client a leading Australian Banking Group is set to launch a brand new business unit which will focus on growing it's already impressive Business Banking segment of the NSW market .

For the initial bankers lucky enough to be given the opportunity to join this new business you will be provided a uncapped bonus structure, a dedicated support team and support through the banks marketing and promotions initiatives.

The banks new team will work with it's existing networks across retail and business banking to generate market share and growth for this newly formed team.

This new and exciting business unit will work on developing relationships with businesses that operate across NSW that have strong cash flow. These relationships will be generated directly with the clients and not through 3rd party introductions. Your focus will be to not only sell debt but also to provide to your new clients some of the markets best products and services within the business banking sector which may include electronic payments, trade, working capital etc.

To be successful in this role you will have proven banking experience within NSW and have the ability to demonstrate a intimate level of knowledge of the business banking market. You will be a strong business developer and net worker with the confidence to represent the bank at business networking functions and associations.

You may be currently be employed as a Business development Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, Relationship Manager or Business Banking Manager within another banking institution.
