Your role will include: *Managing a portfolio of clients including full responsibility for delivery of audit services for those clients, risk management, monitoring and billing of WIP and management of debtors. *Undertaking some manager responsibilities as assigned on larger engagements. *Developing and maintain effective relationships with business departments and staff *Providing technical input into engagements or for department needs as required. *Maintain chargeability *Providing support/manage projects as required. *Motivating and developing audit team members, including performance appraisals.
