The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for the set-up and management of regional Sales and Marketing Department / Systems as well as the sales sections of an individual property in Beijing and the region. The core mission of the sales function is to achieve, if possible exceed, budgeted objectives and ensure maximum yield for each property, while ensuring total satisfaction of tenants. The ideal candidate must have the ability to strategize, coach and motivate staff to achieve targets and pre-opening experience is a must. The role will be hands-on and the candidate must have the drive and passion to develop a growing brand within a dynamic, ambitious and forward thinking firm. Other duties will include effective management and supervision of sales operations such as sales, reservation system, administration, customer relations of the properties assigned, formulation and review of basic policies and procedures and standard operating procedures pertaining to sales operations, review tenancy agreements, preparing the annual budget, marketing and advertising plan for the individual property, monthly forecasts/reports in co-ordination with other regional sales offices and the Head Office. The Director must maintain a good relationship with the owners of individual property, keep them abreast on the market situation and activities organized by the sales regional office for their properties. Candidates must have fluent English and Mandarin.
